The scalloped edge reduces the sticking of the cut material to the blade of your HEKTOR. Thanks to the blade made of X55CrMo14 steel and a hardness of 56° HRC, the knife - Made in Germany - has perfect edge retention and is therefore also ideally suited for resharpening with an F. DICK sharpening steel.
